Protected Borders Plan measures that are coming to an end

The end of the Protected Borders Plan implemented in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic means that the following requirements to enter the country will end on May 9:

  • Vaccine certificate

The random testing of travelers will also come to an end.

Circulation of other respiratory viruses

Although the COVID-19 epidemiological scenario is slowing, the circulation of other respiratory viruses is accelerating as winter approaches.

It is also recommended to maintain the self-care measures acquired during the pandemic:

  • Frequent hand washing
  • Ventilation of closed spaces
  • Use of a face mask when showing respiratory symptoms
