[ARCHIVO] President Bachelet meets with the President of Panama

Following the private meeting, the officials were joined by their delegations in the Cabinet Council Room. The meeting was attended by the following Chilean representatives: Foreign Affairs Minister Heraldo Muñoz, Minister of Agriculture Carlos Furche, Minister of Transport and Telecommunications Paola Tapia, Undersecretary of Crime Prevention Óscar Carrasco, Chile’s Ambassador to Panama, Francisco Cruz; Director General of Foreign Policy Milenko Skoknic; Director General of International Economic Relations Paulina Nazal; ambassador Javier Becker; and the Panama Desk Director, Italo Capurro.

The Panamanian delegation included Vice President and Minister of Foreign Affairs Isabel de Saint Malo, Minister of Trade and Industry Augusto Arosemena, Minister of Agricultural Development Eduardo Carles, Minister of Canal Affairs Roberto Roy, Director of the National Security Council (CNS) Rolando López, Director General of Foreign Policy Nicole Wong, Panama’s Ambassador to Chile José Antonio Sossa and the State Communications Secretary, Manuel Domínguez.
