The event took place at the Explanada de San Francisco Convention Center. Speakers included, the Secretary General of the United Nations, Ban Ki Moon, Rodrigo Londoño Echeverri, known as Timoleón Jiménez or Timochenko, representing the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia-People’s Army (FARC-E.P.), and Juan Manuel Santos, the President of Colombia.
